Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after your item is delivered to request a return. 

Strings are final sale. Aquila string sets can't be returned. If a set arrives damaged, turns out to be faulty, or isn't the set you ordered, contact us and we'll replace it or refund it.

To be eligible for a return, contact us within 30 days of delivery for return authorization. The guitar should come back in its original packaging with proof of purchase. Play it properly during those 30 days. That's the point. Guitars returned with damage beyond normal play wear may have the repair cost deducted from the refund.

If you change your mind, original shipping isn't refunded and return shipping is at your cost. If we made the mistake (wrong, damaged, or faulty item), we cover shipping both ways.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
