Replacement string set for the Bonsai Ventura.

Aquila 153-C strings are made for short-scale instruments. They hold standard E tuning on the Ventura's 17.5″ scale, where ordinary strings can't.

Compared with traditional strings at this scale, they sound brighter and more responsive, with better intonation up the fretboard.

Gauges (mm): E 1.42 · A 1.08 · D 0.91 · G 1.07 · B 0.91 · E 0.79

Note: designed for 17.5″ (44.5 cm) scale instruments. Do not use on longer-scale guitars.

Final sale. String sets can’t be returned. If a set arrives damaged or faulty, we’ll replace it or refund it.

I was shocked by the sound that comes out of such a small instrument. I'm constantly picking it up for a few minutes here and there. It's amazing.

I take my Bonsai everywhere. Super convenient for road trips, the campfire, or just practicing on the couch. The founder has put so much care into creating the perfect travel guitar. Couldn't recommend it enough.
