Shipping policy

Every Ventura order ships free anywhere in Canada. Orders of $199.99 or more (before taxes) ship free by our standard service. Orders under $199.99 — including strings-only orders — pay carrier-calculated rates at checkout, via Canada Post and Purolator.

Processing: orders ship within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery is 4–12 business days after shipping, depending on destination. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees; remote and rural addresses can take longer.

Local delivery: free within 25 km of our Maple, Ontario shop on orders of $199.99 or more.

Free shipping applies at the rate in effect when your order is placed. We do not currently ship outside Canada.
